сокр. MLR банк., брит. минимальная ссудная ставка (минимальная ставка процента, которая могла применяться Банком Англии при учете векселей и предоставлении кредитов учетным домам; использовалась с 1972 г.; была отменена в 1981 г., но на короткий период восстанавливалась в 1985 г.)
